Product Usage:
This cold and hot shock box is widely used in industries such as electronics, automotive parts, plastics, etc. It tests the repeated tensile strength of various materials at high and low temperatures, and detects the chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the product, which can confirm the quality of the product. From precision ICs to heavy machinery components, its recognition is necessary for everything.

Product features:

  1. The inner box is made of SUS # 304 stainless steel plate, and the outer box is made of SEEC steel plate plus foundation make-up baking paint to increase the appearance texture and cleanliness, and the appearance is beautiful and elegant.
  2. The insulation layer of the box adopts high-strength PU and insulation cotton to achieve excellent insulation effect.
  3. The box is equipped with a test hole with a diameter of 50mm, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines, and can also be made according to customer requirements.
  4. The bottom of the machine adopts high-quality fixed PU movable hinge wheels, which are easy to move.
  5. Adopting color touch screen Japanese UNIQUN and OYO series touch screen controllers, the screen operation is simple, the program editing is easy, and it is suitable for various temperature and humidity alternating test conditions. It has RS-232 communication interface and connection software, and can execute various functions on the computer.

  7. It can independently set three different conditions: high temperature, low temperature, and thermal shock, and has the function of a high and low temperature testing machine.
  8. It can automatically preheat, pre cool and standby in the scheduled start-up time control, and can choose the starting position to start cycling or impacting from high or low temperature. It also has functions such as setting the number of cycles and automatic defrosting.
  9. Equipped with fully automatic and high-precision system circuits, any component action is completely locked and processed by P.L.C. The temperature control accuracy is high, and all are controlled by P.I.D automatic calculation.
  10. The air outlet and return air outlet sensors are detected and controlled, and the switching time of the wind direction gate mechanism is completed within 10 seconds. The recovery time of the cold and hot shock temperature is completed within 5 minutes.
  11. If an abnormal situation occurs during operation, the screen will automatically display the cause of the fault and provide troubleshooting methods. When unstable input power is detected, there will be an emergency stop function.
  12. High quality YOKOGAWA temperature recorder that simultaneously records raw temperature signals.
  13. The refrigeration system adopts imported compressors from Europe and America, and uses environmentally friendly refrigerants. Adopting binary cascade refrigeration to increase the service life of the equipment.
  14. Using a multi blade circulating fan to avoid any dead corners can ensure even temperature distribution in the testing area.
  15. Equipped with safety devices such as over temperature protection, leakage protection, fan overload protection, compressor overpressure, overload, overcurrent protection, phase sequence protection, etc., to ensure the safety of equipment use as much as possible.

The controller adopts an imported touch type true color LCD microcomputer controller, which is beautiful and attractive.
